Become a Member
Annual membership runs from May 1st to April 30th, and costs $45 per year. Membership fees are a much needed part of our annual revenue and help fund our Family Drop In program, parent education, workshops, special events and seasonal celebrations. Membership is an integral part of community participation and an effective way to contribute to our sustainability.
If you’d like to become a member of the MPFCS, speak with any staff member or download this PDF Registration Form and bring it in to the Family Centre. We accept cash, cheque or credit card. Complementary memberships are available. You can also fill out the Online Form below and pay using Paypal or credit card.
Pay $2 per visit for families/ $2 per child for caregiver (instead of $5 for non-members)
Invitation to participate and vote at our Annual General Meeting
The opportunity to serve on the MPFCS Board of Directors
The opportunity to participate in special event planning (without joining the Board)
May be eligible to register your child in the ABC Program (application required)
